Here are some frequent questions.

About the exchange of the product purchased from our e-commerce site: 

1- You can send your requests to the address below by specifying your requests in the explanation field under the invoice / information receipt to be paid by us by.  The information under the invoice / information receipt should include the information of the product to be sent, the change of the product exchange / refund request and the document with the product.

2- Click on the "Help" button in the User Panel. You can create an exchange request by clicking the "Create Request" button on the right. Our customer representative will contact you as soon as possible. Cargoes paid by the recipient sent by different cargo companies other than our prefered ones will not be accepted.

Refund after cancellations:

Your orders that are not invoiced will be refunded to your card within at least 1 business day after the cancellation of your orders.

Can I change delivery address or name?

Check the status of your order from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section on the home page.
If your order is in the status of "Your Order Received", send us your request through the following channels. You can create a request via the "Create Request Button" in the "Help" tab in the "My Account" section, or you can create a request with our customer representative at our numbers.
If your order is in the status of "Shipped", the buyer and/or address change can only be made by the cargo companies within a certain period of time. You can submit your change request by contacting the cargo company to which the cargo is sent.

How long would it take for receiving orders?

All your orders that you have placed until 12:00 on Fridays on weekdays are delivered to Post Office same day. Your cargo will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 business days.
All your orders placed after 12:00 on Friday on the weekend are delivered to Post Office on Monday. Your cargo will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-3 business days.
After it is shipped, you can follow the shipping stages of your order from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can easily cancel it before the shipping preparations of your products begin.
1-Click on "Help" from the "My Account" tab. You can create your request for change and cancellation by clicking Create request from the "Help" tab.
2- You can create your request with our customer representative at our call center numbers.
IMPORTANT: If your products are being prepared for shipping (invoiced to you) or have been shipped, they can't be canceled. In this case, you can return the product when you receive it.
